Long Runs and Start Running
where: SARRC Clubrooms at the Adelaide University Soccer Club
at 7:20am (for 7.30am sharp departure)
– Toilet and shower facilities are available.
The Sunday Groups includes the Start Running Group, introductory marathon & half marathon training group and SARRC Marathon Mentors training programs.
There are new routes weekly, based on the various upcoming SARRC events. Ideal for runners training for any distance, especially those aiming for their first half or full marathon. Led by experienced SARRC instructors and club coach. All welcome and short course options weekly.
